1 General Terms and Definitions

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• A bonus may be claimed only once (unless the promotion terms state otherwise).
• The wagering on an active bonus must be completed before placing bets using bonus funds.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.
• If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means, it will be cancelled and the account suspended.

6 Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on 11111 bet:

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing a bet, verify all details — match, selection, amount and odds.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a bet is not completed due to a network or server problem, the bet amount will be returned to the member's account. However, bets that have already been confirmed are not covered by this rule.

6.3 Odds Changes

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited. If any of them occur, the account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited:

• One person operating more than one account.
• Creating or operating an account using another person's identity.

• Exploiting any bug or error in the platform's software for unfair advantage.
• Placing bets using automated bots or scripts.
• Attempting any form of cheating, fraud or money laundering.
• Attempting to collect account details of other members or hacking their accounts.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

11111 bet reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If false or misleading information is provided.
• If the member does not cooperate with the verification process.
• If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure).

If there is a valid balance before the account is closed and no terms have been violated, that balance may be withdrawn. However, in accounts closed due to prohibited activities, the balance will be forfeited.

9 Limitation of Liability

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or the member's own device problems.

The platform is provided on an "As-Is" basis. 11111 bet is not liable for temporary unavailability due to technical improvements or maintenance, though every effort will be made to keep such interruptions as brief as possible.
